Upon arrival we were greated by a very friendly member of staff who spoke very good English. The booking in process was very simple. We have a room at the back of the hotel, ideally located to the bar/restaurant with no stairs to encounter. We had a room with an additional bed/sofa bed which was great to sit and relax on, instead of the bed! The shower was the best so far. The food was very tasty and a good selection. They even had live music the night we stayed. Breakfast was very good, with hot food as well as cold. I will stay here again on our next visit to Spain.

Bar restaurant area comfortable and inviting. Bed very comfortable. Our bedroom was quiet which is unusual as most rooms we have been in have noisy air conditioning. On arrival an error on our " included breakfast" was swiftly corrected by the friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast with fresh products a real bonus to start the day. Big quality TV in the bedroom appreciated. Good hot shower. Great location for our shopping trip. Covid restrictions sensibly applied. Good to see beer options available in bar.

Very good budget hotel near the airport. Definitely value for money. Small but comfortable room, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is very modest but you can eat. Stuff is very nice and always ready to help, unfortunately not everyone speaks English at decent level. There is a restaurant that works in the evening where you can grab a bite. Hotel resides near big shopping mall and outlet center, where you can also eat or go for shopping.

Sasha and Vicky were extremely helpful and have a friendly approach. They’ve assisted us with checkout and keeping our luggage. Thank you! The hotel room we got is clean, have an okay space and the bathroom is not congested too. They provided clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The place is quite too. Overall, the hotel itself is clean and has a friendly vibe. Its good but could be better

stayed one night since our airbnb was not available and we arrived at midnight to valencia. for one night was fine. would not recommend to stay here other than for work or something related since it is near the airport but far away from the city and beach. staff were nice and the decoration of the place is super cool! Cam recommend ordering the pizzas!
